Quick swim in Bay of Naples. Hotel Riviera's elevator provided quick access down and through the cliff to the "beach club". Essentially, the swim area is an area protected by rip-rap stone breakwaters. Water in mid-September 2024 was warm in the mid 70s with about 20-foot visibility.

Not a major beach destination, Poolenalena Beach is usually a quiet white sand beach with outstanding snorkeling off the rock outcroppings at the north end.

Caught one of the few solid south swells to engage Maui during the summer of 2024.

Years ago we discovered Honokeana Bay that is located adjacent to Napili Bay in northwest Maui. I have visited the Bay numerous times and finally put together what I consider to be a "meditative" video of the resident Green Sea Turtles.
